  1. Blah blah dodgers fan…. Yeah I’m one too. Great podcast, discovered you on accident while looking for detailed reaction/analysis on the dodgers postseason games. I will be subscribing and looking forward to you future shows. Mets were a great team, you guys had a great run and had me worried until the very end. It ain’t over till it’s over. Hoping you guys cover dodgers Yankees but if not I understand 😅

  2. Ladies, you are both the best as a Dodgers fan. i agree with you that Mets are a good team and are going to make it to the playoffs next year. i really believe it is absolutely the best Mets team I've seen in my lifetime, and I'm 58 years old .

  3. Been loving your podcast since I discovered it a couple weeks ago. Regarding last night, I know surrendering 10 runs is not a formula for success, but they did leave 13 guys on. But it wasn't in the cards. Great season, but the hill was a bit too steep for this overachieving roster. But everyone should feel proud. Since I moved to Watertown, I was so thrilled when the AAA Mets moved from Las Vegas to Syracuse. The Yankees have always owned Upstate, NY, and getting the Syracuse location was a major coup. Hope the new excitement around this franchise will also result in better attendance at NBT Stadium, and maybe I'll run into the two of you there next season. Looking forward to your hot stove podcasts.

  4. Great comments from Dodger fans. Really proud of the Mets. Some of the best late inning magic in.Mets history (fan since 1962).

I felt that at some point we would run out of gas. That is what happened. Your podcast has made a positive difference in Met Nation. 2025 will be an historic year, building on what we did this year

  5. Howie is the man! Once I saw Senga came in I knew the comeback was over. Edman has always killed us. Yes, Ashley I totally agree he was never an "ace" he had 1 season that does not need to be labeled an ace. Glad to see Vientos when he was in Cuse for last few years and how he now finally made it as a full-time major leaguer. We lost the Subway World Series in 2000 so yes I know they could beat them Stankees!

  6. Another LA fan. Love y’all. Please cover the NL as a whole sometimes. The good stuff like signings, injuries, streaks – stuff that can shuffle the deck. I’m subscribed! Let’s do it!

  7. NY born and raised, but my summers were spent on the West Coast – in the burbs of So Cal.; the most memorable times of my life I am torn between two Coasts, and two cities. and great baseball teams; at least I got to listen to Vin (also NY born and raised). BTW – my grandfather lived the 'Brooklyn Bums' curse. Three great teams played recently; the Yanks, Mets and the Dodgers. Mind you, and as you already know, you NEVER bet on what's going to happen in SPORTS. Never feel sad or bummed. It's a game of chance; a game of inches. It's a game of superstition and a game that is mostly mental and emotional, intertwined with intense completeness and rivalry. The captains/managers of the team(s)? …I would never want that insane job. Peace and Love to all sports fans and those fans anchored to their teams.

  8. Great podcast! So refreshing to hear knowledgeable honest analysis without the “when I used to play” machismo of some of the announcers foisted upon the viewers. Well done!

  9. I think most and I mean most Mets were like… maton ?? now? I was curious, anyone but him… like Butto, Peterson, Senga, heck Stanek… I was so surprised.

  10. MAD RESPECT for the two of you. Dodgers fan here, hater of no team except the 2017 trashstros. I would have ENTHUSIASTICALLY rooted for The Mets if it hadn't gone our way. Thank you for your GREAT podcast, insight and professionalism. I hope Brooklyn's old team can make easy work of the Bronx.

  11. I’m a born and raised Angelino and hard core Dodger fan. I’m glad I stumbled on to your pod! You women are incredibly knowledgeable and a good listen. I’d be a daily listener if I was a Mets fan. Good luck next season.

  12. Yet another Dodger fan here, appreciate your show you both had really good takes all series long. I appreciate the Mets for knocking out the Phillies who I definitely didn’t want to see, plus you kept the Dbacks out for good measure. It was a great season for you guys, always bittersweet to go deep in the playoffs but come away empty but you did go deep in the playoffs when only 4 teams can say they did that.

  13. I've been a Mets fan since 1965. Sorry to say that I only discovered your podcast a few weeks ago. I was hooked immediately! Your rapport is incredible and and your enthusiasm is infectious! Thanks for making the Mets run even so much more enjoyable. Lets Go Mets!
