1. Dennis Hildeby needs to be sent down to the AHL. He is not ready for the NHL.

2. What a difference goaltending can make. Hildeby looked like Swiss cheese on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th goals.

3. Winning against good teams and losing against bad ones is so very Leafy.

4. This is the same old team. Don’t ever show up in easy winnable games. No killer instinct. I’m checking out. This team isn’t winning any playoff rounds

10. Bad goaltending for sure but the Leafs were lazy and didn't help out one bit. It's ok. Hildeby is still green and teams will have stinkers from time to time as long as it doesn't become a habit. How they bounce back next game is more important than tonight's result.

12. im not a toronto fan, but this was as great of game by the leafs we can expect.. yeah they lost, but for the leafs, this was a huge "win" for them. they skated around and participated for 60 min in a NHL game, great to see.

27. Any sensible organization would make Murray the 3rd string goalie. Treliving and Berube can't make moves that they want Why? One word and that word is SHANAHAN. He is playing them like a puppet. If it weren't for him they would have broken up the core 4 and signed a better GM. Shanahan supports soft offense first type hockey to be specific make defensive mistakes and bringing in MORE high scoring forwards to outscore their mistakes. This team is going absolutely NOWHERE until he is disposed of. And he can take Smelly Pelley and Brat Treliving with him. They will also miss the playoffs this year
