  3. How Great is this !! Seeing the emotions of a Gutsy Pitcher. Manea threw more Innings than he ever did. He was and is a Team Player. Not too many of these guys around. Bring him Back – He deserves it! Winker too for sure as DH and Sometime outfielder. It was Fairy Tale Season. Who in your Right mind would think Edman would be hitting the way he did!! He Killed us. Unfortunately, the Chariot turned back to a Pumpkin at Midnight! We need some big Beefy speed baller Relievers to help round out our Staff. Get rid of Maton. Quintana may be a question mark. Severino like Manea was running out of gas , pitching more Innings than he has in many a year w/o Getting Hurt. Tip My Hat to The Mets for giving The Mets Fans such excitement since the late May Turn around. The adrenaline Rush was great while it lasted. Even in this game…… with Winker coming up with the bases loaded in the 6th or 5th, if that ball drops in – 2 runs score making it 6-5 !! Could've been another Comeback. But the Cards didn't fall that way. With The Crappy Football teams (Giants and Jets Got Smeared – seasons Over) Can't wait for Spring Training again. Although it turns my Stomach, I will be Rooting for the Dodgers to win the WS against the Yankees. I hope it happens in a sweep!

  11. There will never be an entertaining Mets team like this for a while. The way the playoffs is set up, the regular season really doesn't mean anything. The playoffs is crapshoot, just like how the commissioner wants it. Like March Madness.

  15. Manaea had a really good much better than expected season he pitched many games especially after the break that he became yes !! Like Chris Sale 2.0 I think Manaea may have been a little gassed going into game 6 the innings caught up with him. Manaea is a gamer and a great pitcher and also as you can tell from the interview a great teammate.

  16. Sterns needs to get one shutdown ace to add to Senga, Manaea, and whoever else we keep. Re-Sign Alonso, and try like h*ll to convince Soto to sign with us. Add 1-2 better relief pitchers

  18. This whole Mets team has nothing to be ashamed of they turned it around when everyone thought it was going to be another lost season I am proud of them nobody thought for a second that they would end up in the playoffs let alone the N.L. finals…. LETS GO METS!

  27. For Manaea to reconstruct his delivery in season and become the Mets ace says a lot about him. A key part of this incredible team and their amazing run.

  28. I am a Yankees fan but my heart really goes out to this Mets team. They fought so hard and defied the odds. Was really rooting for them to make this a subway series. Hope for the best with this team moving forward.

  29. This is my ace. I am good with his efforts, and I take the outcomes as they come. Sean will be in this same spot again, he will learn what he needs to, and his adjustments will bring the desired result. Starts getting ready for next season.

  35. The mets lost yesterday on my birthday and yes it ruined it but after thinking about it these guys had a hell of a run and battled back so much.this was a year me and all fans will never forget.thank you sean for everything.

  43. It's the playoffs, those are the toughest games to play. I respect Manaea. He did his best. He also just came of one of his better seasons, so let's see him have another good season aand hopefully in the playoffs.

  45. I'm not a mets fan, but this man is a dog… he pitched his heart out.. unfortunately, he ran out of gas… but kri your head up… I'm sure your day will come…
