What a huge win tonight. Welcome to Vancouver Heinen!
And soon enough Petterson will get his first goal of the season, he was really great out there.
From a hat trick of losses (10/6 – 10/15) to a hat trick of wins (10/17 – Today), Canucks are fully back on track as their road trip comes to an conclusion.
Yahoo!! Way to play boys! ❤️
As a vancouver fan that goal was clearly offside
Time for Richardson to go. Enough is enough.
How was that not offside?!
Also Bedard has got to be the softest player in the league, waiting to see some grit one day. He’s amazing when he’s on the puck. But any time the Hawks don’t have the puck and he’s on the ice, it’s effectively a penalty kill whilst he skates around and has no presence.
Canucks Win
Man Nucks have clean up some of that defensive coverage, also a couple of bad turnovers as well.
How did that goal stand??? I am a Canucks fan and saw that and was waiting for it to be disallowed
Nothing like the Hawks getting beat by their former players. Nice job, Lankinen and Suter. I always felt they gave up on them too soon.
VAN 6 | CHI 3
Any goals for Pettersson this year?….. perhaps a pay raise would motivate him.
My Blackhawks just can't get right‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
"Elias Petterson to Elias Petterson…"
I'm a Blackhawks and a Canucks fan (Hawks more so since I'm from Chicago), but I cheer for the Hawks whenever they play the Canucks so this kind of sucked to see lol. Damn you Vancouver
I like any team that beats Chicago but especially Vancouver.
Love it! I am sure Bedard loved playing against his Fav team! Good old BC boy!
RE the "obvious" offside. At first glance it looks obviously offside, but he doesn't actually touch the puck inside the zone when he's in the offside position. He only touches the puck inside the zone after his left skate goes back on the blue line, essentially tagging up. Just gotta watch it closely.
