23. He didn't run much at all last year and look what happened, he was healthy all year and lead the NFL in passing yards, so we all know he can do it, it's just a matter of actually doing it. I think he has learned his lesson this time because it didn't work out when he ran. Sometimes you have to sacrifice one game (the Bills game) for the rest of the season. I know he wanted to get that first down since it was 4th down, but I personally will not question him if he doesn't run, unless it's so wide open and he only needs a few yards for a first down and then he slides as well.
