Just like Jim Crane Tilman knows how to run a successful business. And a successful sports team is a business that thrives on winning. Once Crane bought the Astros he had the organization treading the right way and got them to the ultimate goal (which got him even more rich) and I think Tilman is on the same path with the Rockets
