  1. It's a hail Mary. See we take care of our own. You should go out there and fight, fight, fight. we're a family, we got each other's back. It's pitiful and so obvious. All they've done is hamstring the next coaching and management team further. Should have tried to get a 3rd rounder for Kamara. I'm sure he'd bring a fourth round. Maybe a stretch for 3rd round. This season is over, 4 wins still my evaluation. No drama with AK, what? Criminal assault and battery doesn't qualify as drama? Busted ribs? BS. Busted ribs don't heal in one week. Sorry Scon, you're way off, usually you're more accurate, not this time, AK can't still play. He's got very little game in him.

  2. "There hasn't been any drama with Alvin Kamara…" According to the police report, Kamara pushed Greene before another male in Kamara’s group hit Greene in the face and knocked him against the wall. Kamara then hit Greene several times. Three others in Kamara’s group then joined in, stomping on Greene’s face, chest and legs, according to the police report. Greene, who was knocked unconscious, had an orbital fracture to his right eye and other minor injuries, according to the police report. The fight was stopped by security officers, and Kamara and his group were escorted out of the casino. After the Pro Bowl ended, Kamara was interviewed by detectives inside Allegiant Stadium before his arrest. Detectives obtained surveillance footage from the casino that they said matched Greene’s account of events. According to the lawsuit, Greene suffered neck, back, shoulder, head, knees and face injuries in the alleged assault.
4 against 1, yeah nice guy.

  3. Gotta disagree Matt. AK loves the city, we love him back. AK has almost 700 scrimmage yards and 6/7 tuddies. He hasnt quit and still doing what he could behind that awful o line. He deserves it. Im hoping he can reach 100 tuddies in the Black and Gold. WHO DAT

  4. Honestly I think a re-build with Kamara on the roster is still completely possible. He already proved himself of being more than serviceable with a healthy OL in the first 2 weeks. This guy is a top 5 RB in the NFL idc what anyone says. Him & Lattimore are the only veteran guys on the team whom I'd love to see stick around for that re-build.

  5. Man what's wrong with yall what other running back you got and if they tank they don't have no first round picks I rather see AK than someone that can't stay healthy and who wanna sit around wait another 40 yrs on a younger team too get right I sure in the hell don't

  6. Dennis Allen and Mickey Loomis are there just to collect a paycheck not to build a winning Championship organization they are there just going through the motions to collect the paycheck

  7. We’re not going to rebuild as long as Loomis is in charge… he’s all in on cap hell and mediocrity until he piles up enough wins to feel like he’s guaranteed the HoF, then he’ll retire and let the cap be the next GM’s problem.

We’re cooked for the foreseeable future, boys.

  8. Absolutely the wrong move. We are -80 million in cap it’s time we set it all on fire. Get rid of anyone who’s not a draft pick. Get rid of coach and Gm and get back to being a respectable team. Done with this bullshit ass team that will continue to go under .500 for the rest of time until we stop kicking the can down the road.

  9. 100% a terrible move. 22 mill no matter what? This team will be poverty for the next half decade. Overspending in kamara and carr is absolutely atrocious and a backstabbing for our team

  10. Definition of insanity, doing the same thing and over and expect a different result. Save that cap space and get a slot receiver so you don’t have to keep taking deep shots to move the ball.

  11. No drama with Alvin??? I can't forget what happened during the pro bowl when Kamara helped beat that guy by the elevators and kick him while he was unconscious. Saw the video and never felt the same about him again. And talk about NFL privilege; the police let him play the game before taking him into custody.

  12. I agree with this almost 100%. You over looked the Vegas situation he tarnished his reputation that night. Loomis just doesn't get it. We have to punt on this season and next or we'll never get any better long term.

  13. I just found out that Kamara has been playing with a broken hand that occured during the Chiefs game, so I guess the Saints decided they might as well pay the man. A broken hand and busted ribs. Why would any significant player want to play for the Aints??

  14. First of all this guy Matt acts like it’s his money that the saints are spending, second he said kamara ain’t getting the saints closer to a Super Bowl, but what options are out there? None better then kamara, Matt acts like the saints have a star rb on the roster now, and drafting one high n the next two years is not guaranteed and probably not the best move when we have other needs to fill such as LB/Safety/DT/WR not to mention close to a whole o line rebuild..Make it make sense Matt..Drafting a rb doesn’t change anything, a rookie rb is not gonna come in and out perform kamara anyway. Paying kamara was the right thing to do no if/and/but about it..
