"it's the first time in a month that we lost focus". yeahh, it's also the first time in a month you played a real NBA game.
This is a wash, rinse and repeat franchise. When you have players that are out there for a paycheck, Ant, DA, Grant especially since no NBA GM's are pining for these guys. Way to go Jody and Joe you keep trying to build a team with no foundation and it's all your fault but Jody keeps getting paid and so does Joe, they don't care. same off season fluff talk then same product on the court every year.

Tonight we played a decent quarter at best never recovered after they went on a run. Long season 81 games to go just need to see improvement figure it out Billups!
CB it starts with you if effort is not there then you are to blame. This is a recurring theme since you started coaching at least say it starts with you but I've never heard you do that. Time to start benching guys that are not giving effort and get in their faces, what the hell do you have to lose, you are done as coach if this team doesn't make progress this year so stop with the nice guy stuff and start chewing ass!! It might not change a thing and could turn this team against you but does it seem like they really want to play hard for you. Some of these guys it wouldn't make a difference how you reacted, you can't teach DA or Ant to have a passion for the game they don't have. That is in the DNA. probably only 5-6 players on this roster seem to give a damn about giving it their all so why not start holding the ones that could care less accountable. Again what the hell do you have to lose, you are a lame duck coach that unless you decide to get MAD and change it up you are gone anyway. The nice guy stuff has to stop. Stotts had it too. Tired of this lack of effort being frowned upon but not making an attempt to do something about it.
