Once upon a time the refs failed to call a rb down even though all the players stopped playing because his knee was down, but the Rb just kept running so the refs allowed a 80 yd td to stand. Fans were pissed, players were mad and confused, and the refs did nothing to resolve their mistake. The Lions are still owed a td vs the Titans and an apology from the league. Btw- Steve McNair is still one of the best QBs in the NFL and is often overlooked.

Lions HC Dan Campbell is THE BEST in The NFL. Whether it's schemes or player relationships no one, right now, is better. I've tried to never miss one of Campbell's rare interviews on these sports shows. There is where we really see the attention to detail and the interpersonal relationships that he has with each and every player, whether they're a star or 3rd string special team player. It's amazing. I'm certain that The Lions players respond and play so hard every single play.
