Kyle, since JJ is out, please do not use Conley and Bell, give their snaps to Pearsall and Cowing!!!! Conley and Bell had their chances in the NFL and have proven pretty much useless and noneffective especially when it mattered. They will never win a Super Bowl with this guy. He is a terrible head coach. And the fact that he has no sense of urgency because they have a weak owner who is content with just making it to the playoffs, so he doesn’t pressure Shanahan. If Eddie D was the owner today he would have fired Shanahan.
