  1. Saleh embarassed a lot of top QBs with his defense. It's a shame they couldn't get the offense right, but firing him without a plan like replacing him with a real coach was a mistake.

  2. Once and yet again: kudos to GB management. They may not win the SB every year, but they always put together a quality product with smart moves.

  3. Imagine Coach Saleh going to New England after their current Coach fails, not saying that I want that to happen, and then he goes on to win 6 rings with the Patriots …

I absolutely don't understand the firing of Coach Saleh!

  4. Kinda like how Necole Hardman was traded to the Chiefs last year from the Jets, only for him to score the game winning touchdown in the Super Bowl 😂

  5. This is a well written story!!! Can’t make it even more better as a Packers fan!!! Way to stick it to the Jets! If he wins a Lombardi, Jets fans won’t hear the end of how you don’t fire a head coach in the 5th week of the season and let him walk out the door

  6. The only reason I would want the Pack to win a Super Bowl is so that Matt LeFleur could prove he was able to do it without Rodgers. Matt has to be relieved that Rodgers is someone else's problem now.

The added bonus is the inevitable questions Rodgers will get about this. That will be fun.

Maybe not for Rodgers, but for everyone else.

  7. It is kinda fascinating that two people who were roommates at a relatively smaller college both eventually became NFL HCs when there are only 32 of those positions available.

  8. This is funny and all and Woody deserved this but who would want to hire Saleh after this when he goes to "hang out" with the enemy Packers and gets paid by Woody to give him all the secrets they want to know about the Jets? The info can be spread around the whole league like this…I wouldn't hire a guy who does this.

  9. As Rich said at about 3 minutes in, he's getting over the loss of the HC job, and now he's just under the roof of a dear friend. It's pretty heart warming when you think about it. It's good for everyone involved, and it gets this guy back to the thing he loves. Sheesh – if he gets an official role, he might even get a ring out of this.
