7. With the Rams win on Thursday night and Seattle acquiring a good young lb. We ain’t winning this division

8. It isn't man we struggle against it is press man. Yuk eats man coverage Purdy destroys zone, but when teams press us our only answers have been kittle & JJ who don't mind playing through contact. What teams have been doing is putting a safety in the box & playing press man & run blitzing us which keeps Kitlle in to help blocking which means the only target they have to fear is JJ who destroys press man but is too slow to really make teams pay which teams are electing to live by keeping 1 guy deep. Yuk completely quits on routes when you put hands on him, so I am not sure he will be missed with the way teams are playing us, & because JP doesn't strike fear in teams once we get with in the 20 allowing them to only have to play the pass. There is a reason he is a 3rd stringer. Purdy has to play wiser, but that means playing ultra consertive with a team that is lacking a homerun threat, cause the only player on the team that is worse against press man is Deebo.

   If they could punch it in, in the redzone all of this wouldn't matter. The RBs Juszc included have only accounted for 4 rushing tds in 7 games this offesen is designed around being able to run. Their biggest problem is once they get in the redzone they become 1 dimensional.

   We need to find someone else besides Purdy who can punch it in the redzone, & we need to find WR who can run routes through contact & reroutes. Didn't really see Pearsall have to deal with it too much in college, or Cowing don't if they can at this level, but I think Pearsall could fill in for Yuk, Cowimg can definitely run go routes to take the top off which open things up for JJ who can beat press & with some room to work would find it easier for to make teams pay for pressing us as long as they honor the the threat of Cowing, unlike Ray Ray who teams knew had troubles catching.

What happened against Arizona and Hunt? 49ers fail to stop the run especially in the second half, they don’t wrap up or swarm the ball carrier. 49ers go away from the run way to soon and all play action possibilities especially when they run the play action out of shotgun.
