POSTCAST: Wild Melt Down in 3rd in 7-5 Loss to Flyers
The Minnesota Wild suffered their first regulation loss of the season as they fell 7-5 to the Philadelphia Flyers. The Flyers scored twice in the first 4 minutes to take a 2-0 lead. The Wild battled back to tie the score at 2-2 on goals from Brock Faber and Marcus Foligno. The Flyers regained the lead on a goal from Matvei Michkov before Joel Eriksson Ek scores with time winding down to tie the score at 3 after 2 periods. The Flyers took control of the game with 4 goals in the 3rd. Marcus Foligno and Jake Middleton scored in the 3rd, but the Wild were sloppy in all facets of the game and got the fate they deserved. The Wild will finish their road trip against Pittsburgh on Tuesday.

The problem is they actually started the Tampa Game the same pretty much! Looked out of sync, passing poorly…back to whack a puck from last season, Fortunately, the Wild got the W in Tampa but in all reality, it could have gone differently! Gus, if you ask me looked like he took a step backwards today!
They had trouble getting inside the dots with second/dirty shots! They were slow to develop press on 50/50 wall contests. Gotta work 60 minutes boys! Started seeing passengers again and that is mighty disappointing!
If we really truly believe Rossi will be a 40g 40a 1C or 2C guy……..hear me out…….and with YUROV coming…..hear me out……….Nobody freak the "f" out………hear me out……………Just a suggestion……….why not trade EK for an ELITE WING?!?!?!………….Calm down people and just think about it for a second……………..Down the middle:
Yurov (or Rossi)
Rossi (or Yurov)
Hartman
Marat
Imagine if Kirill had a Kirill to play with. An EK trade could possibly make that happen. Just sayin', relax. I will now pause for my hate mail……..
Battled? ha ha…When is Boldy gonna play DEE? And Gus is not all world YET. But he's been good…make sure THEY start playing the kid from IOWA…you don't play DOWN to bad hockey teams if you do, you are not gonna have a playoff run…ever.
Put that lipstick on the pig Seth…and are you getting paid by the Wild PR? Wild is one of the view pro sports teams in Minnesota that some how avoids a lot of ire from the press and reporters. Real soft of them guys. Are you afraid of Bully Billy?
Put them in time out? What are we children? Give me a break…I can't believe you said that…don't ever put this 68 soon to be 69 year old in time out.
