Saturday, Sam Reinhart got the scoring started before Matthew Tkachuk made it 3-2 with the first of his two goals.
Mackie Samoskevich tied the score late in the second with his first NHL goal.
Tkachuk, Sam Bennett, and Gus Forsling all scored in the third.
Spencer Knight ended with 26 saves.
Florida will play in Buffalo on Monday night before flying to Finland for the Global Series against Dallas.
