  1. I am a lakers fan. I hated how national media treated AD. I can see Same way they are treating Sabonis. Sabonis deserves more respect. Domas is one of the underrated star player in the league

  2. I agree that there are some things the Kings need to address. That being said, these last two games have been close, despite resulting in losses. I would rather see close, competitive losses rather than ugly losses by 10+ points, that are decided well before the final 2 minutes of the game.

Something that worries me, however, is the amount of minutes our guys are playing. I know its only been 2 games, so its VERY early to dissect this…but the Kings have three starters within the top 10 of mpg. If this keeps up, and the starters can't get off the floor and rest, I'm afraid of a long season with our starters being gassed, losing winnable games due to fatigue, and (God forbid) potential injury issues. I really hope we can secure more minutes from the role players, so the starters get a bit more time to rest. But the starters need to stay consistent, keep the team from falling into holes, so they CAN sit out and get that rest

  3. Mike Brown is obviously rolling the dice with Kevin Huerter, in hopes that the guy will morph into vintage Klay Thompson. If Kevin gets hot, the team will have a better chance to move a player who struggled before getting injured. Dougie McBuckets is the deep-shooting insurance policy.

  4. Too much for Sabonis and Keegan we need a PF position Keegan is good in SF put Demar at SG. We needs Big who could do defense like I said before, they should at least trade for Jonathan Isaac

  5. The problem with Sacramento is the management and coach Mike Brown they where trying to copy GSW which obviously they should not, trying to do small ball offense why not get a PF who played good defense like Jonathan Isaac Try to have a line up of Fox in PG Demar at SF Domas C keegan at SF and Jonathan Isaac at PF. This I can say is a very competitive lineups for two games already sacramento had a hard time defending big guys. Too much load on Domas and Keegan.

  6. You said terrible defense, but I've been watching since 86 and I thought the defense was outstanding – with lapses.

The Lakers are very good and Reddick appears to be a good coach.

    But.

The officiating was not completely as egregious as it could have been – except for a pattern of no calls:

Sabonis gets shoved in the back. No call.
Trey Lyles gets absolutely trucked by LeBron. No call.
AD flattens I forget who. No call.

On the other side, AD gets his back gently caressed- foul!

    And so on.

Both teams are good. It really doesn't take a lot to tip an NBA game one way or another in most cases. And I don't suspect this is anti Sac bias as much as it is a pro Laker one. I was reading an article about free throw disparity in the NBA, and the Lakers were at the top at +1000ish, while the next closest team was +300 something

I really really thought the Kings showed a lot of fight and aggression and toughness.

But the NBA is a little bit…..not fixed (besides 02) but rather biased.

And I'm not interested in trading authentic support of my team for inauthentic league management. It feels bad, it's manipulative and I won't do it

League Pass cancelled. Screw you Adam Silver. Good luck guys.

  7. Embarrassing to say the least. I know it’s early but 0-5 to start the season including preseason, doesn’t feel right !! Hope we can turn this around fast or it’s going be another long season

  8. Fox is clearly not ready to play and not giving 100%. Trade him, for the good of the Kings and his own good. Great player, but needs a change of scenery.

  9. As a Lakers fan, the Kings have more offensive firepower than most teams. The other day I was asking myslf, "how did they get so many guys who can score with affordable contracts." Y'all basically have a big 3 from an offensive standpoint. Even then, you got 5 guys who can go get their own bucket at any time. The Kings were actually not bad on defense, they just didn't have a defender for LBJ, but to be fair, LBJ doesn't always get off like this, stroking 3s. The Lakers have lost to the Kings 8-10 straight times before last night, because although the Lakers could defend and have an elite defender in AD, AD can't deal with Sabonis 1v1, so it killed us every time and almost killed us tonight again if it weren't for LBJ's heroics. So yeah, 1 bad match-up can cost a team games. Lakers have had the same issues with Denver's Jokic as well. So if you guys don't have someone who can guard LBJ, then yeah, that could be a problem, and maybe Harrison Barnes could guard him better than DeRozan. The thing that might have actually killed y'all more than anything was flopping for charge calls. I'm of the mindset that it's better to just play defense than falling on the ground and putting a defensive possession in the hands of the refs. It had to have been like 10 times I saw Kings players getting scored on because they just flopped rather than contested a shot straight up.

  10. They lack an athletic, 3 and D, shot blocking power foward to help Sabonis. As much as we want Keegan Murray to be that, he is not. They are showcasing Huerter for trade bait. His elite shooting is a rtremendous value!!!!

  11. Kings played the Paul Westhead run and gun offense. Absolutey no defense which Mike Brown continues to ignore. Cannot score 127 and gave up 131. I do not know iif the kings can beat the trailblazers who improved this year, The kings is one of the worst team in the west if not the worst. Pathetic.

  12. As a Laker fan it’s crazy looking at the reactions of Kings fan. I thought Kings did really well, LeBron just went off out of no where not bad Sac defense

  13. West is impossible this year. Only the Jazz and Blazers are cupcake games. Spurs and the Rockets are more possible play-in teams, but are tough games. Every other game is a grind.
East is lame: Wizards, Pistons and Nets are terrible. Bulls, Raptors, Hornets are going to be below average. No opinion about the Hawks.
