32. The raiders don't want to win games, they want to keep them close. The offense is predictable and has no intention of winning. 1st down, if there is an RB in the backfield they are running it, 2nd down, if there is an RB in the backfield they are running it, 3rd down they have to pass because they only gain 4-5 years running.
