The Denver Nuggets haven’t won a game and both games being at home hurt. It’s not so much that Denver lost but more so how they have looked in both Loses. Nuggets look like a washed version of themselves.

Everything about the nuggets getting worst and worst is putting a evil grin smile on my face please keep this up and start Russ as well
Loll
I'll tell you what happened. They got paid. They don't feel the need to prove themselves as much as they used to.
This dude loves to overreact. It’s only been 2 games😂😂😂😂
Bro Denver is done. Losing KCP was the final nail in tge coffin.
They are on the 2020 Laker timeline now. Win a chip. Come back the next year and lose due to some injuries and minor roster turnover. Lose KCP in the offseason and gain Westbrook (at least they didn’t trade for him). Main difference is their MVP is younger but their 2nd guy is significantly worse than AD or LB unless they are playing the Lakers ironically. People either love or hate this new league parity and I think a potentially Jokic dynasty will be a casualty of it.
They made a few mistakes.
I can understand losing Brown b/c there was no way to retain him with the bag he got.
As for KCP, I would’ve matches his contract offer and figure out getting out of the 2nd apron later. Your title window is so short in today’s NBA. Keep KCP and develop Braun as his replacement in the mean time.
Their other mistake is they’ve had some really bad draft selections recently .
Could you imagine how much better their bench would be if they drafted Nembhard instead of a project in PWat ?
They also like other teams, weren’t patient with Jay Huff who’d be a great backup big and fill that huge void they got
And literally whiffing on all 3 of their 2023 picks in Strawther, Pickett and Tyson.
Imagine if they had drafted A.Jackson (29) , GG Jackson(32) and T.Jackson-Davis (37).
TJD and Huff would give them the best C depth in the league
Andre Jackson would’ve been a great replacement for B.Brown
GG Jackson is a 6’9” SF/PF that would’ve made MPJ expendable to give them roster flexibility to get off his contract
Nembhard would’ve made their bench insane and would fit so well with Murray and Jokic.
Could’ve today had a roster below:
PG Murray/Nembhard SG KCP/Braun/A.Jackson SF MPJ/GG PF AG/Zeke C Jokic/TJD/Huff
Good luck dealing with a Murray/Jokic PNR only to have to deal with a Nembhard/TJD PNR when the bench comes in and you got GG in the corner
This team would run through the west due to their depth and would run through any east team
MPJ soft, and overpaid.
Jokic looks like a point guard out there against Wemby.
Russ isn’t good enough to start, but he’s still NBA 1st-Team low-efficiency…
