15. TBH as a lifelong Yankee fan this is an embarrassment. It's just depressing, has put all of us in a sullen mood and, frankly, really pissed off. If Steinbrenner were still alive he would have gone absolutely ballistic. His family, on the other hand, inherited the team – a monumental handout by any measure – and are clearly not as passionate. We haven't done a damn thing since George passed away. To me, that speaks volumes.

21. This WS loss in my opinion is 50% Cashmans fault 25% Judge’s fault and 25% Boones fault
    Cashman did absolutely nothing at the deadline to bolster this teams bench and help with the obvious issue of the bottom half of the lineup. Judge we all know did not come through at all the entire postseason and Boone by bringing in Cortes instead of Hill lost us game 1 and also refuses to make any lineup changes of any substance bc his friendship with these players means more to him then the team actually winning.

23. This feels like Astros-Yankees ALCS circa 2022 all over again. Yankees cannot scrape any offense together whatsoever. Defeated by a better team in every single aspect.

27. The Dodgers are the better team however the Yanks still could have won this series with a better manager. Boone blew this series in the first game. If I were a Yankee fan I'd be livid knowing that they're stuck with Boone and Cashman because they made a WS. Cashman and Boone have every tool at their disposal and they're not going to get it done. I can't believe that Cashman really believed that adding one great hitter to pair with Judge would get them over the hump when they 2 or even 3 very good hitters instead that can hit on their own merit with a .285 – .290AVG/.375OBP/15-20 HRs/30-35 Doubles.

Mike the problem with this team Mike as I've said it for years and we've talked about this is the horrendous construction of the team you don't have Derek Jeter and Chuck knobloch you don't have Mickey rivers and Willie Randolph you don't have speed and athleticism and the ability to manufacture runs at the top of the lineup you have a bunch of bulky guys at the top of the lineup and your speed guys are batting 6th and 7th for crying out loud it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever that's not how you build a team that's not how you can construct a winning team if you look at the dodgers yes otani is a power hitteryes mookie Betts has power we all know that but they both have the element of speed okay and they can manufacture runs when they're not hitting a lot of runs they don't beat themselves they play great defense this yankee team beats themselves all the time with dumb based running dumb defense they should have won two nothing the other night but they're defense was atrocious Soto in the outfield and then gleyber that dope who can't seem to concentrate in the field and always comes up with some boneheaded move I don't care if he said great he's not a legitimate leadoff hitter and last night you saw it with Stanton and Stanton has been wonderful he's been terrific in the playoffs he's carried this team what would we do without him but he can't run
