  1. Thing about that loss, is they know how Florida play. If they get a penalty, they always try to entice someone to get pulled into another (Tkachuk is their biggest instigator (used to be Cousins)). The Sabres know this and yet they still played into their hands by letting frustration and lack of discipline overtake them.
I feel (and I think the coaching staff feel) is that putting JJ back on line 2 is like a demotion and he has earned the 1st line. It feels like he would be getting penalized for the poor play of Cozens and Quinn. Its not fair to him.

  2. Felt like we were the Seahawks playing against the Bills. Polished team that does all the little things well to win (Panthers) vs a team with some talent, but still has a long way to go (Sabres).

  3. 18:24 I have no problem with players going 2 on 1 if it’s done the right way. Wayne Gretzky says that during their 80’s Dynasty, they would 2 on 1 EVERYONE and that was their secret. The problem is, if you don’t have the talent or the discipline, it can take you out of the play and cost you like we’re seeing.

  4. Cozens on the wing and how much longer until we start hearing Trevor Zegras trade rumours .
    2nd line..Kulich Macleod Quinn
    3rd line Cozens Lafferty Greenway
    4th line Malenstyn Krebs Aube-Kubel
