Bengals – Eagles: Jake & Joe Postgame Show
Week Eight of the NFL Season is here, and the 3-4 Cincinnati Bengals will look to even their record in their annual White Bengal Game against the 4-2 Philadelphia Eagles.
The game features a match-up between Jalen Hurts and Joe Burrow, two quarterbacks who produce high levels when protected this season.
Can the Bengals get to five hundred on the season?
What injuries will hamper the Bengals as Tee Higgins is questionable, with Geno Stone and Orlando Brown Jr. both taking part in full practices on Friday afternoon?

Maybe they’ll turn it around but I just don’t see how with this current roster. This organization just needs to nuke everything and enter rebuild mode but I don’t know if we can even feel confident in a rebuild.
O line still sucks in the run game. Barely holds up in the pass game. D line can't penetrate for shit. Secondary is a complete mess. I've never seen wrs get so untouched in my life as they do against the bengals secondary

I don’t know why us as fans even care. It’s not like this organization is going to do anything about their issues , and they sure as hell aren’t going to listen to us or any media.
This coaching staff needs to be held accountable. They need to strip Taylor from calling plays , or replace him altogether. With Lou Anarumo , I think he needs to be put on the hot seat as well.
I don’t think the front office will fire any of these coaches , but if it was to happen, I don’t think they would do it until toward the end of the season , or maybe 3/4’s of the season .

Has tee higgins played a full year since drafted? I know he a beast but Dam… if u aint in the field to play a full slate. I almost kinda see the bengals point in tagging him ? I dunno this team is so frustrating and has me questioning sht I shouldn’t be
if the roster is the problem, there is no sustainable way to put a team together. Nobody got old. how do plsyers make it to nfl veterans, play at a sb contending level then forget how to play? we see teams lose talent snd continue to win. crying about the front office is a waste of time. It is the Brown’s team and always will be, if you can’t except that might as well not be a fan. These players can win in this organization . Coaching is the only replaceable part. Theyve been good enough sometimes. Not enough. They need to tweak things, bring in coaching help, change play calling, change coaches, something.
Listen I'm an eagles fan. Wanted to get that out of the way. But the Bengals should have a much better record than they have. They are playing well below the talent level.
The Browns/Blackburns look for good enough until it hits their bank account. They just aren’t going after championships and that attitude affects every decision, the coaching staff and at some point, the players.
