  5. Great win! Everyone is clicking so far. Which is neat! Still disappointed that Smith is still stuck with Goodrow and Kunin. At the same time at what point is him putting up donuts no longer acceptable?

  6. Thank you for saying this, I'd love to see Smitty on LW with Wenny and Zetts. At least until Smith gets his confidence back .. he still seems a bit nervous & passive, I'd love to see him hold onto the puck a bit longer.. a lot of teams are leaving players alone and covering passing lanes (league meta right now). Guschin could go on 3rd line and play-drive a bit more, that 3rd line with Smith on it seems a bit passive/defensive (maybe part of Smitty's dev plan? no idea)… and Cards why don't you shoot on a 3-on-1 LOL!!

    This leaves me to my final point, when Celly gets back.. do lines look like;

    1 – Eky, Celly, Toff (Eky/Celly are puck-possession beasts, Toff camping the net)
    2 – Smitty, Granny, Zetts (Granny goes from 1st line to 2nd line, line-matchup nightmare, Smith off-wing, playing with more playmakers than defensive stalwarts)
    3 – Goodie, Wenny, Guschin (Wennberg slips from 2nd to 3rd line, but he's more defensive as is Goodie, Guschin off wing-takes place of Smith moved up to 2nd wing)
    4 – whomever 3 guys are banging bodies & destroying souls

    What to do w/Kunin… 4th line mucker + PP1/PP2 net front? They need to take him off the 3rd line, but reward him with some cookies!!!

  7. The previous game was the most dramatic win by any means, but I feel this win against LA was solid and much better. I haven't seen such a winning game in quite a while.

  8. Thrun is -9 I think he needs seasoning, I'd bring up Shak/Cags for some games. Does Thrun need waivers to goto the AHL? Maybe pressbox him to watch, like Benny was.

  9. Will smith needs offensive players around him he’s not good enough yet to drive play. Playing him with guys like goodrow and kunin is a reason he hasn’t had any good opportunities on the offensive side and seems like he can’t do anything out there. Hope they make a switch soon
