  1. probably send them down a path of making wrong decisions. thinking players on your team are better than they are, then giving them a contract asking them to study. and now your stuck with a team full of valueless players.

  2. Regardless of where you think this team can finish this season, surely the next milestone is reaching 5 wins for the first time in years. After that we can think about a winning record.
