Sounds like a broken record , I’m really starting to doubt Mike has any clue what he’s doing , especially considering he was never a proven champion even in college .
Just seems extremely inexperienced .

Mike is our guy we got to hang in there until he gets his players whether that takes two or 3 years .

Coach Mac is the right guy. Just give him time… slowdown fan base, just remember it took Pete a few years to figure it out also,… And it took Mike Holmgren a few years to figure it out aswell, just enjoy rooting for your team..
Coach Mike needs to learn how to be a HC. He needs to figure out how to get in control of the locker room. Go Hawks!
I went back to the preseason hype/pump up video that I made, and I rediscovered the glimpse of hope that I once had at the start of the season. In the video you see a group of men getting ready for war. And now that they’re in the middle of it, we need to remember that coming into this season, we knew they were underdogs.
The team is fighting adversity. They will rally again. They have everything they need to get it done. All they’re missing right now is results. But results come with effort and dedication. Don’t lose hope. Don’t lose faith. Jesus Loves each and every one of you ❤️ GO HAWKS!
mean it seems like these types of press conferences were the same ones Pete had at the beginning before the LOB don’t get me wrong I’m only 19 so I did NOT experience any of Pete Carrol’s coaching till like his last 2 or 3 maybe even 4 years but if Mike Macdonald is the coach for us we gotta hunker down and give him a little while before anything truly amazing emerges he’s already inherited a decently young and talented roster so let’s see what he can do for us in the future and beyond.
