I started to had enough with Chris Finch as head coach, he can get the team work, the mentality of winning, he event can gave chance for rookies, your team will eventually lose because of your play, lack of pace, lack of defense, only relying on individual skill and it can be stopped or they eventually will be exhausted because you always played them every nite. Learn how to rotate or do your play somewhere else. I say replaced him with udoka or jason Kidd
