nah, he needs to be on a better team or Charlotte needs to boost the roster and put more defenders and scorers around him.. Mann is good but two players are not good enough to face off against teams like the Celtics. if Charlotte isn't willing to step up, Melo should consider leaving.. there's plenty of places he can go where he can contend for actual ring
