  1. Love the positivity and realistic expectations. Hear a lot of negativity about where they are. People need to relax. This is not even a playoff team yet. Is there potential? For sure. Bottom line we are 12 games into the season and again this not even a playoff team. People need to chill. Look at Nashville and Colorado. They are playoff teams and you don’t hear close to the panic i see on forums from some Habs fans.

  2. This has been the question in French media over the few days: How is it that the Head coach of the farm team has more professional level coaching experience than the rest of the Coaching team behind the bench of the Big league team?

  3. The Habs defensemen are in the wrong position more than they're in the right one. MSL needs to have a defense coach with NHL experience and proven results. Scrambling to chase the puck is not a good game plan. They need a coach with a system that works.

  4. the comédians are a point from the last place away
the last season, after 12 played games the comédians had been 20th in the league while being 9 points from the last place away
the comédians are undergoing dismantlement, and not any "rebuild"
despite this, these two "air" "heads" are still talking about the "bright future" of the comédians since they have so many "talents" LOL
now it's "joshua roy" the new "super – duper talent" LOL
if you didn't get it, then yes louis and hugo are both cons
the comédians need to be sold

  5. Laval was great tonight; their streak is amazing– But… "One of their best defensive games" on a 3-1 loss with 17 goals against in the last 3 games… let's be real guys

  6. Habs were always going to be this bad. At the same time, Habs management shot themselves in the foot as all summer they kept using “in the mix.” Obviously it would be nice to be “in the mix” for a playoff spot, but they should have been more realistic when discussing this with the media. Constantly using this talking point forced fans to also begin to think this way. I’m just hoping that Habs can land another high-end player in the draft if they pick top 5. Hagens? Martone? McQueen? Misa? Schaefer? Hensler? Eklund? Lots of talent there.

  7. I am confident the habs will be 10 points up from last year. It won't be enough for the playoffs, but I think it will also take a shake up. Habs do need more sandpaper up front. As a group
the dmen are not playing well. I think Habs should bring in another veteran dman on the right. I don't think Struble has a long term future here. And finally, Marty needs to put the lines back together. Laine can't come back soon enough. For now put Newhook at center, Dach and Anderson on the wings.

  8. The Habs were more defensively sound this game, although didn't generate much offense. Matheson is more offensive minded. Although he got 62 points last season, he was a -24.

  9. It’s nice to be positive… but cmon guys, seriously. Did you watch the same game as I did? They did not play well. They did not play with structure; they didn’t play tough; they couldn’t get out of their zone; not one good thing about this game. I want you guys to get angry just once, be authentic
