Too early to tell how they are trending
Ryan those guys you mentioned that aren’t shooting well aren’t shooting horrible from wide open 3s like russ they are being contested and are known shooters nobodies leaving Fred vanvleet wide open like russ
When you have the best player in the world and you struggle to win against mediocre or bad teams something is terribly criminaly wrong with that picture…This DN team without Jokic would be lucky to have 20 wins in NBA..What a joke of front office and organization..Jamal and MPJ contract overpaid role players on other teams just are chary on top of this insally bad cake..
Well, our starters are still the bomb, our bench seems like it just needs to get in the flow by playing more. They'll be given the playing time. Russ brings a lot of great stuff, but his shooting and unforced turnover will be a liability if we want to be in the finals. I'm just calling things as a realist. Going 2-11 in 20 minutes on regular basis will prolong the scoring desert we see with the second unit on offense. This will create – minutes with Jok off the court and continue the strain on him and the starters. That will wear on them as the year goes on, I hope Russ integrates himself into our system and moves the ball around more. I understand that expecting that might be unrealistic. I like that he can influence momentum, so it's mixed with Westbrook. I'm not sure if we can do anything about it. I still like Russ, but I'm being pragmatic in my criticism. They are just facts.
I think we should give Zeke a second chance since he looks like he's improved since last year, but I'm unsure. Why not try? I agree with others that say it's too early to tell how things will play out. I feel okay about things no matter what happens. I love my team unconditionally and I think piling on Denver the way the media has is hyperbolic in tone. We don't have much room to maneuver. I can't see how this would work out in reality, but if we acquired a key role player before the trade deadline that might do for us what it did for us in 2022-23.
The good, the bad, it's all possible this year. None of us can see the future. I'm sorry, but if you call it ahead of time it's based on deductive reasoning and chance. Nobody can see what will happen 10 minutes in front of them. It's just a human condition.
I agree more shoots to Strawther and fewer for Westbrook. Westbrook more assist that what we need from you. Playmaker, I know it's in you. Jokic will have his 0 for 5 nights like they all do.
