I would have asked Mo This we won 83 games last year 3 games out of a playoff spot why not build on that instead of breaking it all down

The young players he's talking about are Walker and Gorman. They need alot of help. Gorman should play first with Baker. Walker is a dh . You can't win with him in rf.

Translation: We are going to do corporate BS as we rebuild and tank. I hate the front office approach already. That said, everything sounds worse out of Mo's mouth.
Mo shouldn't be making any final decisions in his last year.

I don’t mind seeing the youngins playing everyday. Give them a chance and see what they can do. I don’t see any evidence of elite talent though
Here’s one of my billion questions for him…..why did he feel the need to extend Mikolas after his 18-4 season when he still had one full season to see what he had in him? Instead, he extended him before 2019 and he hasn’t delivered a winning record since the 18-4 season. And he’s continued to extend him. He’s wasted millions of dollars on deals such as this. Still has a job which baffles me. Mozeliak’s problem is his ego cannot stop him from wanting to be the smartest guy in the room. He thinks the fans are idiots and that if anyone questions him, they don’t know baseball. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the DeWitts don’t sell, they give this guy a minority stake in the team. But then there’s the other side of me that thinks this guy knows the DeWitts are planning on selling after ‘25 and that’s why he flying the coop because he knows an owner not named DeWitt would kick him to the curb.
