  1. It’s really simple. You give pat 27 seconds with 3 timeouts in the rain. Trust your defense to hold him vs potentially Pat having ALL the time to march up the field to score a TD.

    Simple GO FOR 2

  2. Majority of comments are saying it so I Don't HAVE to say it….but I'll say it anyway lol, IF they went for it and Didn't get it, Coach gets Flammed for being cocky enough to try and win it by going for 2(including Troy who suggested the attempt) and media will now be questioning the hot seat. Great game

  3. I think Tampa coach only watches his own team play. If he has watched enough Chiefs game he would’ve known why every Chiefs fan would prefer Bucs do field goal over two point try. 1. Mahomes would still have 20 seconds and timeouts to get to field goal range, 2. If goes to OT, chance is low TB defense can stop Mahomes two times in a row, 3. Even if they managed, Chiefs D is so good all season that they’ll most likely get the ball back, way easier than stopping a 2 point attempt. Combine those three things, how can anyone say Tampa doing FG was the right decision.

  4. This comes down to a pretty easy math problem. If the Chiefs were better than 8% to kick a field goal with 27 seconds left to go and 3 touchdowns, then going for 1 is correct (it’s some what higher than 8%, but it’s easily way more likely than this that the Chiefs kick a field goal).

  5. The only way to beat Mahomes is to do what the Ravens were about to do opening night(if Likely stayed in bounds and went for 2). You need to leave Mahomes with like 5 seconds. Leaving Mahomes with 27 seconds and 3 timeouts to just get in field goal range with the most clutch kicker in the league, isn’t exactly the most ideal situation you’d like to be in.

  6. Because of wet conditions on the field, they decided to not go for two. WOW. What idiotic play call we’re you planning to execute exactly?

A Simple QB draw would’ve done the job. Like Baker is gonna mess up the opportunity against a pretty hated team😑 dude showed that if you give him an alley he WILL run through it for extra.

  7. I see what SAS is saying, but lets say they get the 2 points, now the chiefs get the ball back, with 27 secs left, 3 timeouts, 4 downs, and only needing a field goal starting from the 30 yard line…. AND as Stephen A says, thats Patrick Mahomes… So to me Tod Bowles going for PAT is the most logic choice at that point

  8. If the 2 point conversion attempt is a 35ish percent chance of success and the coin toss for OT is 50/50, you have a better chance of winning the coin toss, getting the ball and winning yourself. just simple math

  9. Even if they got the 2 point conversion Mahomes still gets the ball and this time would be in 4 down territory. In that scenario the Bucs just lose by 2 instead of 6.

  10. 30% chance to win with 2 pt, but basically 50% chance if they go to OT (coin flip, since Mahomes is gonna get a TD no matter what if he gets possession).

  11. Thats among the dumb thgs abt this game apart frm the 10000 commercials
No other sport do u get achance to go for the win n choose to push over tym with acoin tos against abetter opponent
    Make it make sense 😂😂😂

  12. They discussed who was going to say what in the production meeting before hand but all I can say is why would I listen to a non athlete like SAS over guys who are sporting SB rings. Come on now. SAS. You done lost your mind.
