Time to blow it all up. Trade Martin, Odigizuwa, Lewis, Bland Kendricks, Steele(He's absolute 🗑), Wilson, Hooker Mazi. Lawrence would have been moved if he hadnt got hurt and went down. Especially since we Drafted his replacement this year in Kneeland. Unfortunate too he would have net us a Decent pick in return. Since the FO has shown they aren't willing to play the FA market. The Draft is our only method of team building. So we need to stock up on picks and stockpile for Roster building. We need as many swings of the bat as possible. Time to Start Lance to see if he has what it takes to he our QB2 Next year. We already know what Rush is no need to see him. Time to take for Jeanty or Hunter. Or if you want to get really Crazy Sanders. Bench Dak and make/force him to waive his no trade clause or not play. Down year for Dak but he will still get you a good return. Just not what he would have after his Runner up MVP season last year. He could have got us a Massive Haul. Parsons should be able to net you a similar Package as Tyreek Hill got KC. Same parameters. Top 3 at position, perennial Pro Bowl/All Pro. Just as impactful/important a Position. Most important move we can make is firing McCarthy and Zimmer both.

Uncle Fish accurately captured the Cowboys' struggles over the past 25 years: when management prioritizes saving face (like not trading Mazi) over improving the team, it keeps them from being real contenders. I’d trade Micah for at least a first and second-round pick. He has spirit, but his size limits him as a middle linebacker and as an edge rusher.

I've seen all sorts of generational talents come and go with the Cowboys and nothing has been accomplished. Zack Martin is about to retire and now I'm thinking maybe it would've been more exciting (for a little bit) if Jerry got Manziel instead. The O-line has been good maybe 3 seasons in his whole career?
I wish they would just focus on the team as a whole. Micah might be a star player, but the Cowboys are in no position to bet big on him. Maybe if they had done things differently. The team is ass, we have no team, Micah is a missing piece player. You can get 3 guys that fill his gap, it's called coaching.
