HERE is how The Jets need to be CONSTRUCTED: Hire a Pres of Operations who reports directly to Johnson Jr. A Pres Football Guy of Operations who HIRES the HC and the GM who can bring him in, so NO football people have to deal with a Johnson. Give Bill Belichick That Position !! THAT position he might agree to. Have Bill Hire the President of Football Operations! BOOM DYNASTY time. Fine, pick a respected Football Guy someone other than Bill.

  8. Here's the problem. Woody is a highly incompetent owner and his brother Christopher is 10x's worse. Woody exited the Jets brass after the 2015 season, which was the last Jets winning season. Since returning from his ambassadorship in Great Britain, Woody has noticeably regressed as an owner, it can be argued his heart just isn't in it anymore. The johnson family is a terminal malignancy on the franchise and ultimately nothing will change untill he sells the team.
