I love both acquisitions, they fill needs and want to be here. Volunteers not hostages. Smith will be great working with Herbig to give both Highsmith and Watt plays off to conserve energy without missing a beat. This will be huge in December and January. Williams will demand attention and give a GP some more one-on-one opportunities.
