  1. I believe Klay should bring the ball up a bit more. To get him in actions more otherwise he isn’t getting used as much as I would personally like to see.

  2. I’m going to say it again. Klay was to replace THJ and Naji was to replace DJJ. I’m still not on the Naji Marshall train yet. I rather have DJJ because he put more pressure on the rim.

  3. Cant be more Naji more Klay more anyone when "MVP" plays with the ball all game and all the team out of the rhythm . Poor Kyrie just takes the ball for few stretches like 3rd quarter just to get bit of a rhythm . After 2-3 months and low production everyone will say Klay disappoints Naji disappoints and Luka has no choice but play alone . But they are being completely destroyed by Luka selfish (14 assists on above 50% of ball possessions ) is just above average NBA team with 26-28 assists per game . His high numbers is a total lie and destroy the rest of the team .

  4. If they truly care about winning and not about feelings Klay should
Come off the bench to score a ton of threes throughout the game. He would be so great at that, just like what Buddy Hield is doing for the warriors. Buddy is scoring an average of 22 pts in 25 minutes. Klay could do the same thing.

They need to try Luka, Kyrie, pj, Naji, lively (or gafford)

  5. I think the only way to balance defense and offense is to lower Luka's minutes. I know he's the offensive engine of the team and all, but so far, he's averaging 37min a game. Small sample size, but that would be the 2nd highest minutes played in his career.

Now knowing Naji is capable of handling the ball and having Kyrie and Klay, who can also handle the ball and run the offense. Lower Luka's minutes because there's no reason to be playing Luka that much unless of dire situation like the Wolves game, but knowing he kinda has bad knees right now and finally having reliable talent around Luka that doesn't need to be spoon fed by Luka… USE THEM! Luka should honestly be averaging a career high in assists this year because he has better talent around him but isn't?! That's disappointing.

Play Luka less, and I only mean playing Luka around 34ish minutes a game, so don't overreact about me wanting less Luka minutes.

Kyrie, Klay, Naji, PJ, Gafford is still a very good lineup.

Playing Luka less also means he can stay healthy and be more fresh for games, less fatigue.

  6. I think they will need a bit of time to figure it out. Mavs are slow starters. I'm confident we haven't seen the best of the new arrivals yet.

  7. people have to understand that untill luka starts being efficient again our offence wont improve even if he passes the ball more, that because teams gon let luka cook and stay tight on shooters rather than making him pass the ball… teams are not stupid , untill he gets hus touch back why would they want anybody else taking shots?
