  1. Our trenches are supposed to be the heartbeat of the locker room—the big guys who bring the energy, intimidate without a second thought, and hold the team together. Every great team has that. Look at the Seahawks’ best: Max Unger, Michael Bennett, Brandon Mebane, and Russell Okung—guys who set the tone and brought that raw, violent energy. But these guys now? They’re missing that something. Even Byron seems more focused on looking tough on IG than on being a real monster on the field. When teams run it down our throat and hit wide-open receivers over and over, it’s hard not to think it’s a talent issue. The D-line only shows flashes, and our O-line makes too many mental errors.

I want our O-line and D-line to be the guys who would piss themselves in the name of intimidation—guys who are all about training and coming together with a common goal to be the best. Forget appearances, forget looking cool or hard… Why not go be violent animals who take it to the other team for a change?

  2. Focus on running the fucking ball you bum. Your college offense sucks. You don’t have a superstar o-line. You don’t know how to dictate rhythm and tempo. Your blocking schemes are garbage. You try so hard to make 11 personnel work and it fucking doesn’t. 12 and 13 personnel only. 2 tight end sets. Figure it the fuck out. Give your defense a chance to breathe… stop panicking from 2 yard gains on first and immediately going to a passing play. Stick with the run. Grind out the clock. Play action off it. Play field position, smart situational football. I told people before the season Grubb wasn’t a good hire but nooo he was good at Washington. NFL is different.

  3. Coach find a balance. Our 1st and 2nd down passing rate is extremely high. Go run pass or pass run. Not pass pass. Teams already think we’re gonna pass anyway. Ur a smart guy out smart them and keep it simple. Ur a great coordinator. Be great coach u got this. Find the ball in your play makers hands

  4. Well then you are failing to do what you are focusing on. You have moved backwards. Grubb your playbook has been figured out, the oline couldn’t block a JC college team consistently and mistakes are happening up and down the line costing plays. Geno is regressing and you can’t keep a rhythm to save this team’s life. At some point this is a coaching and okay calling issue.
