What if the NASL had survived and if promotion/relegation occurred in North America?

The NACD (North American Championship Division) is the second-tier of North American football and consists of the following clubs:

Austin City FC
California Surf (old NASL)
Colorado United FC
Detroit Express FC (old NASL)
Edmonton Drillers FC (old NASL)
Empire City FC (New York)
Hartford City FC
Houston Hurricane (old NASL)
Kansas City Spurs (old NASL)
Las Vegas Quicksilvers (old NASL)
Nashville Rouges (moved from Memphis, it’s home in the old NASL)
Queen City FC (Charlotte)
Real Cincinnati
Rochester Lancers FC (old NASL)
Salt Lake Scorpions
Vancouver Royals (old NASL)
Windy City FC (Chicago)

The top two clubs at the end of the 34-game regular season are automatically promoted to the NAPL (North American Premier League). The third promotion spot comes out of a playoff involving the clubs in 3rd-6th place in the standings.
