  1. Thanks once again Patti for your info. I could talk for an hour on how the Giants draft Neal at#7 as a LEFT TACKLE knowing, and assuming you can move him right tackle because you have AT.. Stupidity at it's finest

  2. Even if the Giants get the #1 pick, they will still lose. The losing rot has set into the franchise like rigor mortis. the need a complete culture change

  10. The funny thing is, watching hard knocks Eluemunor asked for a two year contract , so we’ll shortly be right back to having a bottom of the league offensive line. Schoen isn’t going to pay him $25M.

  11. Giants will probably do what they do best win a couple of meaningless games and put themselves out a position to make a quarterback selection. It’s just the way things have gone.

  13. Come on PT nobody’s looking for a spark at this point the goal is to lose games so that you’re in position to draft cam Ward. Nobody wants Tommy DeVito coming in winning three meaningless games like he did last year and then we didn’t get Daniels. Nobody wants to see that again because it doesn’t, serve the Giants long-term purpose

  16. This season is a mess and heartbreaking. We all were hoping for growth this season but we took steps backward. I’m not sure what needs to be done. I’m not sure I even want Daboll back.
    Incidentally Washington was a mess last year and totally cleaned house. They get a star QB in the draft and turn their whole season around. And Bobby Johnson is their oline coach!!!!
    When will it be our turn???? What is the answer???
    But I agree play Neal and Hyatt. We have nothing to lose. And out DeVito in. He’s a fan favorite. This will get us through this horrendous season.

It’s a rock and a hard place scenario… of course if we lose, we get a better draft pick however, the Giants won’t deliberately lose because that will affect the morale of the players who work really hard every week. If we win, we probably don’t get a good draft pick. If we lose, we get a better draft pick. If we win Daboll might keep his job but if we lose Daboll might not keep his job and then not get the QB he would get the chance to pick and work with. It’s crazy!

  19. Patti, I completely agree with you about the QB position but I have a feeling the Giants will put in Drew Lock instead of Tommy DeVito. They invested $5M in Lock, so I'm guessing they'll put him in first, but I hope I'm wrong because 'd rather see DeVito play instead.

    That injury clause, is that only referring to an injury sustained in a game? Because guys get hurt on practicefield as well (even ACL injuries). It must be a blow to sit DJ in games and him injuring himself in practice..??
    Is this maybe why they keep playing him? It doesnt matter, the clause is there and doesnt matter if injury occures in game or at practice??

  23. All the tank talk needs to stop. For starters this draft class is not the type of class to tank for to begin with. No world beaters here. Seriously, who would you even tank for? Cam Ward? Not happening people. Im all for free speech but not the stupidity. Giants have a lot of skin in the game and this organization needs to prove that they can win. Who gives a flying Kamala about draft position right now?
