Runner up: Jerry Rice

I would go with Ronnie Lott. 7 All-Pros (including 1st team his rookie year) and 10 Pro Bowls. Willis is a very close 2nd.
Frank Gore. I’m sorry but I cannot picture anyone else. That workhorse was the heart of our modern era team
Brock Purdy (hopefully ;))
If not, Lott or Willis are both great picks.
Patrick Willis for sure
Patrick Willis
I’d say Patrick Willis, but since we don’t seem to be including “Great” then maybe he’s become too good since he’s HOF now?
Patrick Willis. Came in as one of the LBs in league, left as one of the best LBs in the league.
Jerry Rice
RICE. The only answer!
Patrick Willis: started good, ended good
I already upvoted all the Willis comments. Solid start to finish!
Willis might be the pick here bc he never left and went to another team or really declined.
Bryant Young
Rice
Bottom Right Corner!! Patrick Willis
Patrick Willis or Ronnie Lott
Patrick Willis, Navarro Bowman, Frank Gore, Ronnie Lott, or Roger Craig. They’re all worthy choices.
Patrick Willis
Patrick Willis. As a Rookie was defensive rookie of the year and an All Pro. Finished his career as a HOF.
Willis. He came on to an awful team and anchored the evolution.
Jerry rice or Joe montanya
Patrick did end in his prime must be considered
Joe Montana
P Willy. Defensive rookie of the year, made the Pro Bowl every year in the league. Now in the HOF
A lot of right answers here
Let’s just put Trent Williams in that last slot
I’m going with Willis
The answer is Frank Gore
Willis!!
Patrick willis. Rookie DPO, 5x 1st team all pro, 1 2nd team all pro, 2x solo and combined tackle leader
None other than Patrick Willis. HOF, feared by all, dominated every year.
This one has to be Patrick Willis.
All pro ILB as a rookie.
All pro every year in his prime.
All pro his last full season in the league and was on all pro pace before getting hurt his last year.
The only answer is jerry rice
Is Chris Borland cheating since he only played one season? Was a great season tho
Ronnie Lott. Corner to safety. He was everything back there.
Ronnie Lott, Willis, Rice. Hmmmm this is a tough one. George Seifert?
Jerry rice. Honorable mentions: Ronnie lot, Patrick Willis
Willis. Rice was good and he’s a legend but his final years weren’t as good as the rose colored glasses we put on to remember him.
P-Willy, though, was outstanding from him rookie season until he retired. He also never played for another team like Rice did.
