Yes I know his team is 8-0 and he is an amazing QB, but this is talking about so far. If they wanted to talk about end of season mvp odds, I’d still disagree, but we’re halfway through the season, so it would make some sense. But if the season ended today, it would be ridiculous to give him the MVP, even though his team is 8-0. Seems like he’s there by default

It’s an NFL post. Gotta glaze Mahomes for all its worth. Surprised Kelce isn’t on there to appease their newest fans they are so dedicated to
Because wins are a QB stat for some ungodly reason so yeah that’s part of it. The other part is he’s the new “goat” so he’s automatically in the running no matter how he performs.
Better question, why is Jalen Hurts there
How about Henry?
B/c KC is unbeaten. It’s true he’s having far from an MVP campaign, but he has a proven track record and the award is honestly a byproduct of how well your team is doing record-wise. That’s why he’s still a candidate.
All of us know Josh is having a far superior season, but the voters won’t care unfortunately.
His team has not lost a game – if you watched on monday, he was pretty instrumental to that.
According to QBR it is Jackson, Daniels, Burrow, Allen, Murray as top 5 so ……
Because Chris Collinsworth is on the committee that chooses the graphics.

It gets the people going, it’s proactive
MVP = QB of the winningest regular season team.
Lamar, Josh, or Jayden Daniels
Because I guess that 11 TDs and 9 Interceptions makes u in the MVP Convo if Josh had that many tds to ints winning or not they would be shitting on him
Because he has the 3rd best odds to win. His team is undefeated. He’s the best Quarterback of the last decade
Where’s Darnold? Or Jayden Daniels? Without him the Redskins are 3-6.
Look at his weapons on offense
Why isn’t Daniels there??
Makes me want to downvote your post … I realize, don’t shoot the messenger.
Better question: where is the goat Jayden Daniels
No Henry ?
MVP voters have repeatedly demonstrated that they think wins are a QB stat

Because its a qb award and sometimes they just give it to the qb on the best team for some reason. And as we know they have yet to lose.
Relatively new to football just started watching heavily last season. Why isn’t someone like Baker being considered for it? He’s the #2 QB in fantasy and had managed to keep up play after losing two of his key WRs. Checked the betting lines thinking he would be top 5 and he’s like 100x. Does the reward have a lot to do with the success of the team?
They should really do MVQ and MVOP and MVDP (not gonna make a dirty joke on that one)
He’s the golden child. He’s going to win it again, stats be damned.
As much as I loathe the ravens now Lamar has looked incredible
How often does the mvp not go to the qb on the team with the best record?
Why are no other positions represented? NFL fans and pundits seem to think football is a video game played only by the quarterback.
