Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to this stadium bs
I know Manfred wants professional baseball in Tampa, so if the rays end up relocating maybe we’ll get a new team?? (Serious coping)
Rays funded attack ads against some of the new board members because they knew if they got elected things could fall through. Well the gamble certainly did not pay off because now those same people they ran attack ads against will determine the Rays fate.

This is where Pinellas County can approach the Rays about dropping St Pete as a partner. The city saved $250K cutting back insurance and now the Rays are on the hook to pay what the insurance won’t cover for the Trop. There are plenty of locations that are much easier to get to in Pinellas county than the southern tip of the peninsula.
Montreal was always the final plan
Just move across the Bay already! Anywhere from Tampa to Orlando would be acceptable!
