To be fair, Kidd said the entire bench has been completely fucking dog shit (paraphrasing), and Spence is part of the bench.
Honestly, I do believe Spencer was the biggest person he was talking about…
The difference is Spencer and Maxi know where to be and what to do within the offense, and mistakes are mostly limited. Yeah, sometimes they can’t hit the broadside of the barn, but that’s how it be sometimes.
Whereas the younger/newer guys sometimes look like they have no idea what to do. But hopefully they put it together. Jaden is still learning the game. Honestly, not sure what Grimes did wrong particularly in this game, but obvi Kidd saw otherwise.
Why isn’t Powell in the left at the very forefront of the picture?
Even naji who’s playing great got benched in favor of spencer at the end who scored 3 points in 28 minutes.
