  1. No. Not yet. Nobody gets fired. This season reminds me of 2000, 2001 and 2002 Seattle Seahawks. But we are in the 2020's and we do not have much patience not with the people but with the team. Jon Kitna was exactly like Geno Smith. Jon finally got his chance to be a starter when Warren Moon and coach Erickson parted with the team and new head coach Mike Holmgren came in. He had some brilliance as a QB on the field and did some amazing stuff. But he always came up short when the team needed him the most. Then, here comes Matt Hasselbeck. Mike Holmgren brought him from Green Bay Packers to be the starter of Seattle Seahawks. Matt had 7 TDs and 7 INTs as a starter in his first year when Trent Dilfer had 7 TDs and 4 INTs in his backup role. The next year, Matt had 15 TDs and 10 INTs and the next year he had 27 TDs and 16 INTs. What does this remind you of? All this reminds you of is Sam Howell. Sam Howell had 24 TDs and 24 INTs in his rookie year. If you put him in right now, Sam Howell is only going to improve his game. In the year of 2020's we do not have patience on the team. We need to win now than later. Put Sam Howell in and make a change in QB position. This league right now is win today and you're a good team league. There is no dominant dynasty. The Chiefs are not looking like a dynasty even though they are undeafted. Make a change now. Put Sam Howell in.

  2. Schneider isn’t the issue nor is McDonald it’s geno smith and adding one missing piece of o line but I put the blame mostly on geno smith, geno panics when he is about to get sack he doesn’t like be sacked which is apart of the game. When geno is about to get sacked he panics and throws picks

  3. I don’t think we should get rid of grub yet he takes a year to get the offense going smoothly. We just started learning it give it time. I don’t wanna be like these other organizations that keep changing offices every year and we get nowhere.
