  1. I really want you to ask him about how many offensive sets he has. Our offensive is so basic compared to other teams. And our bigs rotate so slow, he should have matched them up better by playing a smaller lineup before it got out of hand.

  2. The Steven Adams trade is starting to look like a flop to me and teams are targeting Reed on offense. So we are basically the same team this year except Tari is not injured. Adams is little more than another Boban. We need Reed to be a volume shooter but he is not that. Not yet. Sometimes this team reminds me of the young team the Lakers had except we are a little better than them. I wanted us to trade down for 2 picks and get Kel'el Ware and Dalton Knecht instead of drafting Reed Sheppard.

  3. IDK I'm not an NBA coach idk shit. However SGA>Jalen . The team chemistry and dynamics and that's the NBA. OKC couldn't miss a shot. I will say that much. I certainly didn't appreciate jalen's attempts to run down the court and early in the shot clock immediately attempt a three from way outside on multiple attempts. That is greedy. It's a bad sign. I don't like it. Reed get Garbage time never gets to set up the offense. Never gets to get in a rhythm. Nothing. Just and left open often so everybody else can call their own shots. Good luck! This is the NBA. You literally drafted this kid to shoot and you can't even give him. Looks to shoot. Fascinating! Oh and then when you do want to give him looks to shoot you're down by 20 and he gets hard-pressed and he can't take those. Looks honestly the rockets are going harden him or ruin him.

  4. I don't want to see Jalen and Reed on the floor at the same time. Jalen's going to call his own shot every time. It's clear that the veterans are not going to pass. Read the ball that's become very clear. We've seen that time after time. You'd probably be better set up to run the offense through Fred and or Reed so that you could stay competitive. Anyways, we'll see what happens. The the you know step back bang three yeah it's fancy. It looks nice but that's a low percentage shot. Even for the best of players, I understand that Jalen Is a NBA player but he is not. Steph Curry. He's not Luka doncic. There is no I in team. It is a team that lacks chemistry cohesiveness understanding principles, just general basketball IQ. You do not come down the court early in the shot clock. Call your own shot and just jack up a three. That's insane. That's not a winning strategy. Just got blasted by OKC. They're going to get blasted by the nuggets too. That was rough.

  5. Last night was the first time in 15 years I actually had to turn the Rockets game off. I normally can watch even when we're losing no problem by 10 to 15 points because there's always a chance against teams to make a stand and push for a win or at least to make it competitive, but last night's ass kicking was an absolute exposing of Ime Udoka. He got thoroughly exposed. Many of our younger player may not have the IQ to run different offensive sets or know how to anticipate on defense but this is year 2 3 and 4 for the core 7 and we desperately need an offensive motion playbook. We need to have a solid 4 to 5 sets we can run depending on who were playing. The Rockets should have a default of 7 seconds or less motion offense. Meaning we should have Fred or Jalen bring the ball up and either give and go, screen and go, or pass to high post and have multiple drag screens, and flare screens with the option to cut or pop out for 3. Essentially GSW from 2015-16 with Steven Adams as Bogut. Now you might say but we don't have Klay and Steph. Well, we have Fred and Jalen and Bari. When we don't have shooters on the court we can run post ups with cuts, give and gos, and isos. We desperately need more intricate offensive sets. Period. ALp got exposed last night as well. He can't match the IQ and length of Holmgren. Chet was everywhere. He was smarter to get to the proper positionings. He out rebounded, he knew when to attack and when to shoot vs pass. He had ALp looking like a Div3 to his D1 all State. It was so bad every time ALp got the ball I was thinking oh god please don't let him get to exposed. I expected overrated chants it was that bad. ALp is not long enough or athletic enough to be an excellent paint protector and rebounder. Also, he needs some serious work on offense. His feetwork is not smooth enough. He needs to practice with Dream like over and over and over to make more clean post ups combos with excellent counters. He also needs a quicker release shot like Dream's.
Playing the #1 team in the West and maybe the league was a great litmus test for where we're at. We have a long ass way to go before we are ready to be in conference championship talks. Its sad because even with all our draft picks OKC has thee squad. Superstar guard and superstar big surrounded by a bunch of young klay Thompsons, young draymonds, and young, Harrison barnses. I mean their whole team top to bottom doesn't really look crazy on paper but they are wicked on the court and their IQ on both ends for all players are crazy good. They are brilliantly coached as well.

  6. Nothing but ball hogger. How many time Sheppard was asking for the ball. He’s the only one that look to passed the ball around. Jabari needs time to be benched or traded and let Reed run the team, he can control the game.

  7. I remember Fred saying the offense was super simple in an interview last season. I wonder if we are keeping it simple because the collective mentality of the team is restricted. We need a lineup of the smartest players that can run something else. Maybe. We won with Mike D'Antoni and I believe he did not run a set offense. He just had intelligent and experienced players. We have little more than boys and even though they have been playing a few years they will not peak until they are 25 or older
