  1. I don’t agree with Bosa’s politics, but the amount of attention his little stunt has garnered him and his “cause” has objectively been worth any amount of money the NFL could fine him.

Especially for a guy pulling in $34MIL/year.

  2. Lmaooo not this one specifically but these fines are so petty considering how much players make

  3. Listen I can ignore anyone’s politics far left or far right and separate the art from any artist. But it’s a bit sad when *anyone* makes their politics a part of their personality.

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills reading the news and socials when I’m over here votung for who I like and then I move the fuck on with my life lol.

  4. Not surprised by this, Bosa would’ve gotten fined the same amount if he wore a Harris/Walz hat, truth is the NFL doesn’t like players making political statements specifically on the football field, that is a big no-no.

  5. This should read “Nick Bosa Fines himself for taking an action he knew he would get fined for”.
I wish I could be fined $11,255 for not giving a fuck.
But light that fire Bosa, as long as it leads to a W.

  6. Kittle: fined because of the Fuck Dallas shirt. Keeps it about football, all 49ers fans love it, cements his legacy as a forever niner

Bosa: fined because of a selfish political statement guaranteed to split the fanbase, completely unrelated to football, in the middle of a season where he isn’t playing to his best

Not the sharpest tool in the shed

  7. More and more, I’ve come to appreciate Steve Kerr speaking out and the GSW skipping the White House. I wonder what the 9ers would do if they won the SB and were invited.. I’d guess that many of the niner players share Bosa’s views, but choose to keep it private.

People tend to forget that Jed York actually supported Kaepernick kneeling. [York is unusual among NFL Owners in progressive actions](https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/87158/2017/08/21/49ers-ceo-jed-york-talks-about-colin-kaepernicks-protest-and-his-own-involvement-in-social-causes/)

  8. Coward. If you’re going to pull a stunt like that, don’t duck questions about it when asked by the media.

  9. Fuck that guy! He’s a coward that didn’t want to talk about it before the election but now wants to celebrate it after the election?!?
