  5. Based on nothing else but the last game at Soldier Field, I got Caleb for 300/2/30. But going forward in 2024 any success this team experiences will be in spite of coaching. 20-17

  13. Let’s see if the wheels truly fell off during the Commanders game. We lose here, I think I’ll have to tap out for the rest of the season. Can’t deal with this much disappointment.

  15. There’s a part of me that wants to see us completely shit the bed tomorrow and lose to the Pats, because that deranged part of my mind thinks that would actually put the nail in Flus’s coffin. But the majority of me knows Flus is coming back no matter what happens the rest of the season, so why not win whatever we can?

    That happens again — this time it is DJ Moore — the Pats pick it up and return it for a TD. Sports pundits spend another week laughing at us.

  24. i’m not a football expert but i think the bears should not do the thing where they’re sleepwalking through the entire first quarter

  28. Yeah I can see Mayo rallying the pats this weekend to come in and shock the bears. He’s gonna use Maye and Rhamondre Stevenson to run on this team because he watched Arizona do it. I can see Maye breaking a run or two to break the defense on third down. Mayo will have that defense dialed up and bring pressure and attack the weakened line. If the bears win this, it won’t be pretty and it’ll probably be like the Titans win and if they lose it’ll be like Arizona last week, breakdown of a tired defense with an inept offense not moving the ball. Oh yeah with Billings out, that middle is weak as hell.

  34. I wouldn’t be shocked if we win but I really have no faith of a win tomorrow. This team has been the definition of dysfunctional over the last 8 quarters of football. There has been 50 negatives to about 2 positives over that period.

  35. Just remember the true colors of Matt Eberflus if we win in a blow out to the most depleted roster in the league. If we lose this game things are going nuclear. If we win…. The real test starts next week against Greenbay

  36. It’s crazy to me that the line is Bears -6. I know the Patriots have been terrible, but they looked kinda ok the last 2 weeks with Maye.

    I know everyone’s in their angry “OMG THE COACH IS THE STUPIDEST IN HISTORY AND THAT’S THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS” rage, but this team’s problems are complicated and nuanced. The biggest issue for me is that we are going to start an NFL game with Borrom and presumably Pryor as our tackles, and I don’t even know who the backup is at this point. Is Curhan still up?

    Even if they win, they need to get healthy and hot *fast*, because the three divisional games in 16 days or whatever it is are going to be brutal.

  41. We’re going to win this game and no one will be impressed that we beat another 2-7 team. If we somehow manage to lose I don’t think anyone will be too surprised either.

  43. Going to my first game tomorrow! Anyone know if Ubering to the Fields Museum is fine an hour before game time? Or should I Uber to somewhere a bit farther away and walk?

  45. If we don’t win tomorrow the season might as well be over. This is the last game before 6 of our last 8 are against the division.
