5. That green chili looks amazing. I used to go to a place on wynkoop that threw it on a sausage, egg, and cheese. Delightful.

8. Denver native in Chicago here. I have to grow my own chiles to get that correct Colorado green chili thing.

   I’ve entered my chilis in chili cookoff a handful of times over the years, and these Midwest putos like it but I always finish last because they don’t consider the Superior Chili style to be chili at all. Oh well.
