Then you’re all morons.

People will still say that it was all Haslam. They were all a part of it, and they all need to answer for the worst trade/contract of all time.
Tf do you think he is gonna say ‘Yeah we thought of him as a great talent with lots of potential upsides so Jimmy pulled the trigger without thinking about the glaring bad signs’?????
This is the most non/damaging thing he can say
Does anyone really think we would be offered anything other than this kind of non-answer while everyone involved is still on payroll or still actually owns the team? It’s a pointless response to a pointless question at this point in time.
“Yeah Jimmy made the call!”
Bro would be given a letter and a box immediately
Right. Can we maybe pose this with a bit more finesse. “What specifically did you see in Watson scheme wise that made you think he was a fit. What did Kevin see…” At least try to trick him
Then all of you got to go!
Breaking: guy doesn’t throw his boss who writes his checks and just re-signed him under the bus to the press
I look forward to the real story, 20 years from now.
He didn’t answer a single question in the press conference. Such a clown show.
And there goes any plausible deniability…
Y’all with the hindsight / moral police are killing me lol. It was a sweepstakes , it at the time was considered low risk that he’d suck , and it failed. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take
All should be fired

Of course he said that, if he didn’t he’d be fired the next day
and i was half tempted to think it was a crystal meth tweaker living in a trash can behind a Pilot Flying J gas station
“Football operations” conceived the idea to bring Watson in.
You have to admire their resolve to stand together on all this shit…..i guess lol. No one throwing each other under the bus is….good?
A move this huge had to be an organizational decision. Simple as that
Maury looked at the results, and it determined that is a lie.
Zero chance Stefanski wanted to pull the trigger on that, zero chance Berry wanted to give what we did. That was completely driven by a dumbass owner who thinks he knows football because he has money.
“The mass rapes and sexual assaults were no biggy. Have you SEEN Jim Browns’ history?”
Every front office wanted Watson. We only got him because Jimmy is rich af. No one is to blame for Watson being ass except Watson. AB and Stefanski tried to get us a pro bowl QB. Jimmy paid insane amounts of money trying to make this team better. Like 13 other teams tried to do the exact same thing.
Watson being shit is on Watson. If Jimmy wasn’t rich some other team of the many many that tried to get him would be in the exact same situation.
We aren’t unique in this situation and no one deserves to get fired over it except Watson.
Can people in this sub now apologize to the early haters of this contract?
“All of us are idiots and don’t know what we’re doing.”
Ownership’s influence shaped the decision
Doesn’t matter who’s idea it was. They need a fall guy and Haslam isn’t gonna fire himself
Can’t fire ownership……
Watson was a star quarterback in 2020. Maybe, the problem was Watson’s sex life. I see that as a hurdle. It just as much a problem with the Browns other choices, too. Then, Browns have up too much for Watson. If it was me deciding what to do next. I would look to see if I thought leadership’s record was good enough other than Watson.
Then all of you should be fired
Cool, cool, cool. Can they all get together and fix it?
I’m not mad at the attempt to get better, I’m mad they chose Cosby Jr
Yeah I will never blame Stefanski or AB for this move but I will always blame Jimmy forever. Solely on his shoulders alone
