Tfw free Swig but I don’t live in the US 😞 Playing capture the Flagg is fun but it’s nice to watch a competitive one
Flip is the real deal
Cody has time to develop, and add muscle, but shoutout Danny Ainge for picking up Flip, and Collier when their value tanked in the draft
Also my fanclub for Keyonte is over (or not), now my fanclub is for Collier
Wild game. Only downside is keeping San Antonio down with us cause we do not want them to get Flagg
They got us excited by tanking correctly, now they’ll finish in the middle tier again smh
Victor had a crazy good game, but holy shit, I’m so upset he’s become such a flopper.
Gotta love the game losing foul from him too.
Jazz sacrificed the back of our Finnisher for the win.
Hope he is alright and comes back soon, help develop the high low passing game between Flip and Lauri.
And how was that clutch 3 by my boy Sexton?
And how was Hardy’s decision to having to bench Collier and Kessler to avoid the 4 or 3 v 5 on offense?
Idk how you pick Keyonte over Sexton if you have to make choice in the FO.
Got a few days until the next game so I think Lauri will be OK to play but he’s definitely gonna be sore, you can tell. Definitely smarting after that fall.
A ton to build upon today. Filip was awesome and love Hardy finished with Filip. He was fantastic. Juzang’s shooting is a real threat, and Collier has legit PG skills, but his PG skills are only going to be able to be leveraged so much because of the lack of scoring ability. He can be a very stout one on one defender.
Cody had some nice defensive possessions, obviously we know offense is a problem. Collins continues to be maybe our best player from game to game and what can you say about Sexton…he’s our closer. Lots of sloppiness out there, but the framework of a good basketball team was seen tonight. We saw it in the first half of the Bucks game, much of the Bulls game, and we saw it tonight. Those are steps forward.
Man, things just flow so much better on offense when Collier or Filipowski are on the court.
Collier needs to work on his shot, but his rim pressure gives him a floor as at least a viable NBA player.
I honestly am struggling to find holes in Filipowski’s game. He has far exceeded my expectations. Given he closed this game, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s getting rotation minutes going forward.
Even when you’re tanking, wins like this are needed for morale and development. Also, like… we were 1-7. I don’t think the tank is in jeopardy.
Walker needs to be a bit stronger with the ball. Turnovers in the handoff for example have to be cut out, but I don’t think he had a bad game. It wasn’t his game. Wemby was hitting from 3. It’s nice to have an option for the perimeter oriented C’s.
Everyone out there contributed and they played winning basketball, sloppiness aside. They played for each other. The question is whether Keyonte comes back and adds to that or hurts it. Even though the pace still wasn’t great, the offensive flow was much better tonight. Playing through Lauri and Filip is something to build upon.
It was good to see Lauri tough out the rest of the game after his fall. Really hoping the three days off will give him enough to properly recover. Would love to see what this team can do with a healthy and confident Lauri.
What a road win!! Great for team morale and confidence. Here’s my thoughts on the guys.
Cody – Again his shot looks shocking but he competed hard. Good to see Will take him out early as he does clog up our spacing. If he really struggles, maybe some games Flip will start next to Lauri and Walker, we’ll see.
Lauri – Inefficient but got to the line well and got his 20 points. Hope his back is alright, positive signs that he closed the game out. 6 rebounds but felt like every rebound he got was a big one.
Walker – Did ok, not his most efficient game and was sacrificed due to spacing. Tough matchup against Wemby but wasn’t bad at all.
Isaiah – Awesome first start. A true PG. Would like to see him be smarter with his shot selection, he doesn’t need to take 6 threes at this stage of his career. Hopefully he can score free throws at above a 75% clip.
Collin – Clutch dagger 3, played hard. Has been professional and responded really well to being benched earlier in the season. Great 23 points.
Patty – Couple of bad passes but again, overall he played well. Quick points early and +4 for the night. After the win you can see him talking in the huddle, great vet and we are lucky to have him.
John – 5 fouls and 5 turnovers but feel like none of the turnovers were live ball from my memory so it didn’t really cost us that much. 15 and 10 off the bench, I don’t want to hear fans criticize him anymore. He plays so hard and is a really important piece for this team. Today he played the 5 and closed the game well.
Johnny – +11 on the court and 10 points off the bench. As we all know now, a legit NBA rotation piece. Brice will have a tough time getting back in the rotation now.
Kyle – As I predicted after the Bucks game, he was back into the rotation as the backup 4. What a talent we have drafted. A second round steal. Smart all around player and even went at Wemby to earn free throws twice. 6 assists as a big man is no joke, we can run our offense through him.
Jordan – His shot wasn’t falling early but his scoring in the fourth quarter was crucial. He is a professional scorer, the way he gets points reminds me of Patty in his Spurs days. Missed a clutch ft but then Wemby smashed him for the offensive foul which was the play that pretty much won us the game.
Coach Hardy – Fantastic game plan, really good rotations and minutes distribution. Didn’t have Walker Kessler in the game as it would mean Wemby could just stay in the paint. We also didn’t lose the turnover battle (probably the first time this season? Hopefully not the last lol). Don’t want to hear fans complaining anymore about young guys not playing etc, he could’ve easily started Sexton and Clarkson together today. Riding with Flip in clutch time was also important and shows the trust he has in certain individuals regardless of their age.
Hey I’m actually out camping but have enough reception to check the score. Why didn’t keyonte play?
How about Will Hardy trying to throw the game allowing clarkson to be the ball handler and first option?
Thank God Sexton won the game. Also I’d like to see Collier and Sexton continue to be the backcourt. Clarkson and George are negative players and when they were out last season the team went on a run It is what it is

I was at the game with my daughter. Go jazz!
