  4. Honestly I just blame coaches and the GM. Whoever thought of getting a Doc Rivers and Darvin Ham duo probably got fired. I think trading for Dame was dumb too. Especially since they got rid of Jrue who is now a Celtic. I want to see them bounce back but I'm debating if they make anything pass the PI.

    Guy wants to win obviously. The Lillard trade was good at the time and I would've done it again. Holiday ending up on the Celtics is unfortunate, but the Bucks didn't do that. If Giannis was to ask for a trade if they can't turnthis around I wouldn't blame him one bit. He has done everything for this city.

  20. Problems: poor drafts, age, and ball movement on offense. Isoball does not win in today's NBA and it's what Giannis plays because he doesn't have a jump shot and has never learned to play with his back to the basket. He hasn't improved his skills since they won the Championship.

  30. The Dame trade was bad from Day 1. An elite offense first player on the downside of his career with an enormous contract. A certain Hall of Famer but he is past his prime and is awful on defense. Trent is a streak shooter but, like Dame, is a non-entity on defense. Lopez is in his last legs. Prince is an decent bench piece. Doc Rivers is still living off his Celtics success, where he had a loaded roster. A good person but an over-rated coach. Bucks are f@cked.

  31. Not a fan of how you use analytics. It's not as simple as saying Bobby's numbers are bad, don't play him; Taurean Prince's numbers are bad, don't play him. You need to look at the rotations. In the case of Bobby, the most dramatic difference is that FGA just collapses when he's on the floor. That's not his fault. That's coaching. Doc is sending out containment rotations.

  35. I just hate how everyone forgets how bad Jrue was getting staying as our 3rd option. He literally got cooked 2 years in a row in the playoffs and couldn’t hit a shot to save our lives. Boston is the best fit for him because he only has to worry about defense

    As a grown man he should take the team out of the mess he started.
    Kobe was about to leave after the 3peat but he stood ground and cemented his legacy for life.
    Neither KD nor LeBron have the respect they deserve as players because they left to join winning cultures instead of being the standard of one.

  41. It has been reported Giannis wants to stay and the Bucks want him. We know they will keep Rivers. If they are going to win their 8th game around Christmas, we will see major changes.

  42. Salty Bucks fan here. I definitely get why laker fans hated Darvin Ham. Remember, they hated how he kept starting Taurean Prince. Same thing happening here. Wtf

Let's be realistic: Giannis is never going to develop a consistent mid range game, let alone three jump shot and his playmaking reads aren't that good when he's playing in the post and sadly the three throw isnìt going to improve much more. Despite all this he still can play as a top 3 player in the NBA.
    The bigger problem though is within the Milwauke management. They weren't able to pick a good young player since Donte di Vincenzo in 2018. Players are getting older (Brook Lopez), they lost their defensive identity which characterized their game-plan in 2021 when they let Jrue Holiday go and they weren't able to pick a replacement for PJ Tucker (I say replacement because he was already old and his game regressed a lot since then).
    They even took Doc Rivers and Devin Ham. We've never seen Dame and Giannis play together well, they only took turns for whoever had the ball and made use only of simple pick n rolls and they didn't even exploit it.
    If Giannis is serious about winning another championship he should consider another team: he's already a legend in Milwaukee ending a 50 years drought. Milwaukee doesn't have a present nor a near future: they need to get into rebuilding, there's no chance they're beating Boston and now Knicks are heavily loading up.
