23. Every spot ALL GAME was 1 yard in Pittsburghs favor. George Pickens lined up 1 yard offsides all game. Fowler was “offsides” on one play.

    Fitting it’s decided by an incorrect spot.

24. Just an incredibly poor game by Washington. Dropped passes. Missed blocking assignments. Awful execution. Jumping off sides 3 times and at the end of the game. Disgustingly bad all around.
