If the Preds were in the English Premier League, the season would not be done as they would still be fighting to avoid relegation to the English Football League Championship, with that fight not even close to being over. As this is the NHL and not the EPL, making the postseason is the objective, and these Preds haven’t shown me they’re even close to a playoff team, and time is running out for them to turn their season around before they are too far out of a playoff spot to realistically make it.
